I, the artist, am not responsible for the client's failure to read the Terms and Conditions provided.

I reserve the right to use commissions for personal promotion, in portfolio and social networks. The date of publication of the illustration in social networks will be agreed in advance (in the form) with the client.

Editing or manipulation of my designs without my prior consent is strictly prohibited.

Once the artwork is finished and delivered, and the payment is paid in full, I will be able to make a maximum of two changes of your choice.

I will send previews of the process during the different parts of the project: sketches, flat colors and rendering.

Five changes max. during the process, after that, an extra $5 per change will be added. If I am responsible for the error, I will not charge the extra and will change it for free.

A total of two changes can be made after the commission is finished, and the total payment has been paid.

Delivery will be by email, one PNG file, one JPG file and one PDF file if requested by the client.

The phases to be followed during the commission are: Pose sketch, detailed sketch, flat colors, rendering.

Payments will be made through PayPal or VGen. An invoice will be sent to you for payment.

In case of a commercial commission, the price will be increased.

Payment will be made as follows: 50% deposit upon starting the project and 50% once the illustration is completed.

The customer may request payment plans for commissions worth more than $100.

The final files will be delivered once the illustration is fully paid.

Payment plans will be set up as follows: 25% Deposit one month before the start of the project.

25% payment upon start of work.

25% payment one month after the start of work.

25% payment once the illustration is complete.

The rights to the artwork I create are retained by me. The payment corresponds to the creation of an image, but not to the transfer of its rights.

You only have the right to use the product for personal purposes, that is, you can’t profit from it.

If you wish to use the work for commercial purposes (Marketing, merchandising...), you will have to pay an extra fee.

The use of any generative AI software in any of my work is strictly prohibited.
